Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes! We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order, so you’ll only pay the shipping rate that best suits your purchase.

Necklaces & lightweight items – from $6
Small items – from $12
Medium items – from $15
Large items – from $18
Extra large or multiple items – up to $20

Your exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind nature of every Louve Lou piece, I don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please email me with photos as soon as possible and I'll work with you to find the best solution.

What are your bags made from?

All Louve Lou bags are handcrafted using premium recycled T-shirt yarn. It's soft, durable and gives each bag its signature chunky texture while helping reduce textile waste.

How do I care for my Louve Lou?

Your Louve Lou is designed to be loved for years to come.

To keep it looking its best, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing or soaking your bag.

I noticed a loose thread. What should I do?

As each bag is handmade, you may occasionally notice a small loose yarn end.

Please don't pull it all the way out. Instead, gently pull only the visible section and trim it as close to the bag as possible with sharp scissors.

How long will my order take?

Custom orders are handmade just for you and typically take around 2 weeks to create before being shipped. If I anticipate any delays, I'll always keep you updated.

Can I customise my bag?

Absolutely! You can choose your favourite colours and, depending on the style, select your preferred size too.

Up to 2 colours are included in the price. If you'd like 3 or more colours, a $10 customisation fee applies.

Simply leave your colour choices in the order notes at checkout.

Are your bags really handmade?

Yes! Every Louve Lou piece is handcrafted by me from start to finish using premium recycled T-shirt yarn. Because each bag is made by hand, no two pieces are ever exactly the same – that's part of what makes them so special.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, Louve Lou ships within Australia only. I hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Will my bag look exactly like the photos?

Because every Louve Lou is handmade, slight variations in shape, texture and placement are completely normal. This is part of the beauty of owning a handcrafted piece and means your bag is truly one of a kind.

Can I send a Louve Lou as a gift?

Of course! Every order is beautifully packaged and ready for gifting. If you're sending directly to someone special, simply enter their shipping details at checkout.
